Eggs ~ 4 Nos
Onions ~ 2 Nos
Green chillies ~ 3-4 Nos
Ginger paste ~ 1 tsp
Garlic paste ~ 1 tsp
Chilly powder ~ 2 tsp ( Note: If your chilly powder is very hot, then 1 1/2 tsp is enough)
Garam masala ~ 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder ~ 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder ~ 1/2 tsp
Thin coconut milk ~ 1 cup
Lemon juice ~ 1 1/2 tsp
Oil ~ 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method
- First hard boil eggs and remove the shell.
- Cut it into two halves.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and when it starts to pop up, add Ginger & Garlic paste and fry for sometime.
- Then add chopped onions , chopped green chillies and saute it till onions become translucent.
- Add lemon juice and mix it well and then add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and chilly powder and stir it for about 1-2 minutes.
- Then add thin coconut milk and bring to boil.
- Finally add eggs and curry leaves and remove from the flame.
- Enjoy it with Appam.
